2013 End of Season Ride - Ski Cooper

Join the Holy Cross Powder Hounds for one last great club event for the 2012/2013 winter.  Ride the slopes at Ski Cooper as well as Chicago Ridge and surrounding areas.  The ski slopes will be closed but we have permission to ride the ski hills at Ski Cooper.  This is a great play area for families and all skill levels.  Chicago Ridge is a great technical area above Ski Cooper for more experienced riders. 

MotoBreck (Polaris), Boyz Toyz (Arctic Cat), Integra Motorsports (Yamaha) and Powerworld (Ski-Doo) have all been invited to provide demo rides and snow check opportunities for members. 

The club will provide lunch (cheeseburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, chips, cookies and soda or water) for all current or renewing members.  Non members can pay $10 for lunch.  Lunch will be served from 12:00-1:00 sharp so that all the volunteers will get a chance to ride.

The Leadville High Riders club will be joining in on this event as well.

For those that want to join us on this awesome event, please remember to stay out of the Nordic Center (cross country area) and pack out all of your trash.  We don't want to abuse this privilege, and we want to continue to enjoy this end of season opportunity in the future.
