Help us plan the SledFest party!

We need to finish planning SledFest. We need some help in putting together the finishing touches on details. Any ideas and input would be greatly appreciated.
We also need to discuss the grooming operating plan and permit so that we can submit to the USFS.
This meeting will focus on the SledFest party planning, but we also have some interesting news on the potential to expand some of our grooming operations on the Red & White side. There are many land management issues to discuss as it has been a busy summer.
We have an open officer position this year at Secretary. We need somebody that really wants to see the club move forward in new ways while helping preserve this awesome sport.
The meeting location is at the Edwards Ambulance building which is located behind the Edwards Post Office.
We plan to have some dinner and drinks after the meeting.
